I had a pleasant stay at The Residences Of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really enhanced my experience. The location was fantastic since it's right next to a mall, offering great convenience. However, the room I stayed in had some dated features, and I noticed a bit of an odor in the bathroom and near the pool area, which was a letdown.
